Attended fracture clinic with my son who had been seen at Lichfield A&E the day before. He was given an appointment at Burton but due to car issues was not able to attend. After telephoning both Burton and Stafford I was advised to take my son to Stafford. Unfortunately by the time we had sorted out transport, parked the car and got there the consultant was due to finish. The staff there were really helpful, apologetic and very caring. The nurses checked my sons foot and felt it necessary to put a better cast on to support the break. An appointment was also made for him to see a consultant on the Monday. I was extremely impressed with the three nursing staff and reception member. They were very pleasant, polite and caring. Thank you so much.
"Outstanding service and care"
