"Telephone consultation "

I rang this morning 23/01/20 for the above to take place with a Dr between 12&1pm she didn’t make contact, I rang the surgery again at 2.15 pm and the receptionist said she was still seeing patients and would ring me when she had finished, but again no contact was made, I have an urgent update on my failing health issues and have applied for disability allowance and a visit from DBC to say I need a ground floor property, as my deseased hips , arthritic left shoulder along with my COPD are making my mobility very limited and getting to the surgery is very hard for me.
