About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Attended ward 620 after GPS referral to A - E . In extreme pain with infected cyst. All the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to the surgical registrar who incised and drained it. The relief was amazing. I can't thank you all enough. You all work under so much pressure. I am full of admiration for you all. Thank you Neil Hunt.
