I've been registered with this practice for quite a number of years. As I've grown older I find myself having to use there services more often than I used to. For the most part, the care and attention they have treated me for, has in my opinion been second to none. From point of contact with reception, the nurses and doctors. All of them offer an excellent service. As I reached my late forties, fifties, sixties and now having just celebrated my 70th birthday, I've had to have several treatments. First major problem was with my hips, which led to two lots of surgery, through to the current time, when I'm taking advantage of exercise treatment for my COPD. As for the surgery waiting room/ reception, it's always clean and welcoming. The only issue that stands out, is the attitude of some of the patients towards members of the reception. How they keep calm, faced with aggressive behaviour by a minority of patients, is commendable. If a customer was abusive to myself while working in their homes or work place, l have just packed my tools and equipment up and bid them farewell. If there is a cause for complaint, being polite is a good way to start.
