My daughter had an ENT operation and stayed over night on the children’s ward. They were fantastic from the minute we arrived, they talked us through what to expect and timescales etc, all the staff were friendly from the consultants, nurses, play therapists, cleaners to the catering staff. The ward was very busy and they all do a tremendous, professional job. Well done to everyone. The ward was very clean and there were always people around cleaning. The large foyer was also very clean. The car park is busy so allow a bit of extra time for parking. Well done Worcester Royal, you are doing a great job.
