I've had a lot of blood taken recently which has not been a nice experience. However, the experience I received today from one particular staff member (I hope that it's spelt correctly) was amazing. I didn't even feel the needle going in, let alone the numerous viles of blood being taken. Absolutely pain free procedure and a credit to the hospital. Thank you.
