"No Accessibility "

No email address to contact the service. Four months ago, they requested information from me, and I’ve been unable to pass on the information as no details have been provided.

The service only accepts phone calls. I have a mental health disability (which is what the service is meant to be helping me with!) and this prevents me from using the phone, as it is very triggering.

The service is refusing to make the accommodation by providing an email address or alternative to make the service accessible to me.

This demonstrates how out of touch the service is to people’s disabilities and that they do not use a modern method of communication in 2020.

Customer Services are doing absolutely nothing about it, and insist that email is ‘not secure’. This is incredulous, as all modern email is encrypted by default and password protected.
