"Communication was poor"

(as a relative),

My frail and elderly father was in Worthing Hospital for months, infection after infection. I felt that the staff I encountered had a poor attitude, especially the HCAs. I felt that one staff nurse was rude and seemed to be thinking she knew better than the family. I saw frail, elderly people including my father restrained by security.

Dreadful lack of understanding of medical conditions, communication was poor.
