"Day Surgery"

I was recently in Paisley RAH for day surgery in gynaecology. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The surgeon Dr Bollapragada and the anaesthetist Dr Acorn were very professional yet calming and answered my long list of questions without any hesitation. The nurses Joanne and Kristel were brilliant, so funny and kind and kept my fears at bay. Afterwards they were constantly checking on me, making sure I wasn’t in too much pain and endless cups of tea! In my opinion staff are overworked and the majority underpaid but it’s people like this who make scary situations bearable.
