"Fantastic staff"

I attended Ultrasound today (21/01/2020) for a thyroid biopsy. The radiographer and the Dr who did the procedure were both fantastic. I was very anxious about everything before hand. The radiographer was so lovely and friendly, we chatted about dogs and babies whilst waiting for the Dr which relaxed me a lot (a bit of normal chit chat makes such a difference). The female Dr who did the procedure was, again, fantastic and confident while also been very friendly and sympathetic to my nerves. Thank you both. Really sorry that I can't remember the names of the staff but felt I needed to say thank you again for been so fab.
