I have been a patient at this surgery for nearly 10 years & owing to health issues have to attend quite regularly. However all the doctors I have seen in the past, for whatever reason have left. The Doctor I saw today was very rude & abrupt in the way they spoke to me, almost like I was the enemy and I was left very upset by this.
A little more courtesy & kindness please.
