Hi there thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with the Footsteps Perinatal service provided by the Children Centres.

It can sometimes be difficult been a parent and the volunteer befrienders are there to support parents with social, emotional and practical help.

Its good to hear you are coping better and understand that there is help out there if and when you need it.
