Recently my 3 and a half yr old son had developed chronic constipation. Could only talk to a doctor. Was told the next appointment was in more than 5 wks!! Totally unacceptable under any conditions. + Receptionists seem to think they can make unqualified decisions on the urgency of conditions. If I can't find another practice, I shall consider moving area, it's that bad!
