I'm a patient with multiple issues and every time I visit the practice they are always so amazing with me. Every member of staff, from reception to the health cares, nurses and doctors, are always so friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely care. I had to have dressing changes daily for a few months, and they would always fit me in, even if they were fully booked the nurses would give up time in their lunch break to see me.
The Doctors always listen with such patience and understanding, and I never feel judged despite having several ongoing issues. It's rare to find a GP surgery where they know each patient personally and you get to see the same doctor who knows your history which means a continuation in care.
I'm a difficult patient to get blood from, but they always succeed at the practice which is a miracle for me!
Would highly recommend this practice and I hope I never have to move away and find somewhere else as it just wouldn't compare!
