About: Lynwood Medical Centre

I have been with this surgery for 17 years and have never had a receptionist be rude or dismissive to me. I ensure I am always polite and never rude, I explain the problem. I very rarely need an emergency appointment as i do believe many people just use the word emergency to get an immediate appointment, maybe if people actually thought is my sore throat that I have had for 2 days really an emergency then the people with the most pressing medical problems can get appointments quicker. But alas this society is all about me me me !!!!!
