I haven't seen the medical professionals for treatment at this place but I would like to make you aware that the waiting time on the phone to speak to reception staff is ridiculous. I waited 3 hours and 10 minutes on the phone just so that I could have a 5 minute phone conversation with the reception staff at the clinic. And on top of that, during my phone conversation, the receptionist had the audacity to continue her conversation with her colleagues. The reception staff at the Restorative Dentistry section need to be trained on how to be productive and proactive, with the best interests of the patients at heart. And it's important to note that if patients do not turn up to their hospital appointments without contacting reception, there really is no need to question why.
