"Long waiting time"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

Arrived at clinic 8, Opthalmology for a 3pm appointment and was still sat there at 5pm with no communication reference waiting times. I felt there was a complete lack of organisation and ability to deal with arriving patients. 

I feel this is a woeful service which I suspect is down to management rather than funding.

Dear Mark,

I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience during your recent visit. This certainly isn't the level of service we expect from our teams. Our teams should advise you of any delays when you first see the nurse and then again if those delays change. Please accept my apologies that this did not happen.
