I was rather nervous about having treatment which involved a cystoscopy and ultrasound. All appointments were timely after seeing my GP and were on time at the hospital. The staff were courteous, considerate and supportive, at all times showing concern and appropriate humour! Much needed light relief! Everyone at the ultrasound dept and urology dept were professional and deserve much praise.
Excellent people; hard working and good humoured. Very well done, hats off to you all.
