Our 94 year old auntie was admitted to the Acute Frailty Unit twice in late 2019. We want to thank the team on the ward (medical and non medical staff) for the care, respect and kindness they demonstrated to our auntie and to ourselves on both occasions. We would also wish to celebrate their professionalism. We trust the senior management of Royal Lancaster Hospital will recognise the excellent work that is taking place on this ward.
