"Taking Me Seriously"

I have mental health issues and addiction problems. I am estranged from my family apart from my son. I was suicidal over Xmas and had 2 near misses. Despite seeing a shrink the day before, nobody seemed to consider me at risk although I had told two professionals now of my plans. It took getting a medication urgently restarted by help from my pharmacist who I confessed to what I almost did and that I need my medication on time. He then contacted my GP and my GP immediately phoned me and spoke at length to me. This is a good surgery, can book online, polite staff and at least one very dedicated doctor. Thank You.
