Many thanks to all the staff at Park surgery for trying a new approach to dealing with patient calls and appointments. I have experienced the new 'triage' system a couple of times this week, and was attended to in a prompt, professional and empathetic manner, making me feel reassured and in good care; which I was. It is not easy at the best of times to make such significant changes, and it takes bold leadership and commitment to see it through. The most notable change is being able to call at anytime, rather than the scramble to get through at 8am. Well done for implementing the new system so seamlessly and thank you very much for your care and attention.
