"Absolutely dreadful service "

I’ve been sitting with my 69 years old mother in King George’s A&E since 9pm last night and it’s now 8:26am and there is no doctor to be seen. We were asked by the GP to attend A&E for my mother’s breathing problem. This is almost 12 hours waiting time, the worst I’ve experienced in my life. This hospital is a liability with extremely poor services, this includes our past experiences. It’s shame I’m having to say so about my local hospital, but it’s a genuine concern I’ve highlighted. Management and directors is this hospital should be ashamed of themselves for providing the most dreadful service to the public. This hospital should be put in special measures, it’s definitely in need of drastic measures to improve Services here. I’ve tried to get contact details of the person in charge of this A&E and I was faced with reluctance by the in charge nurse and he simply declined to give details and asked me to contact the hospital directly!!! VERY POOR SERVICE, if you could avoid this hospital!
