About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Endoscopy and day care

(as a service user),

I had to have a colonoscopy done at FVRH.  All the staff that I had contact with were brilliant. They were all friendly and caring and made me feel relaxed and in good hands. I can't thank the Endoscopy department enough for the fantastic care,  today was the second time I've had this done there and both times I've had the same great experience.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback following your colonoscopy.

We appreciate that attending for a colonoscopy can be an anxious time. Staff within the endoscopy department do work hard, to try and ensure that the patient experience, is as comfortable as we can make it. It is reassuring to hear that you found staff friendly and caring.
