"Brilliant care"

It is very unfortunate that I am not permitted to name the two crew members who collected me from my home on the morning of Tuesday, 14th January. Based in Putney, I was their second call of their morning shift. They took me to A and E at Kingston Hospital with great care and consideration. Since I am unable to mention them, I trust that my explanation will lead you to the correct crew and that whoever runs the ambulance service in the Putney area will tell them that I have written to him/her and that I have only praise for the professionalism of the two crew and I should like my sincere thanks, and that of my daughter, who accompanied me, transmitted to the two people to him this praise is directed.
