"No appointment with them for 3 days called them 8…"

My son is 5 years old and he had this eye stye problem for 3 weeks now. We take the antibiotic from GP and it doesn't work. The eye looks very sore and he complained of pain. We tried to call to the GP and I went there myself. We can't book any available appointment. We tried today on the 8:15 which is the open time to call them. Still they said it is fully booked! What a shock! They said people do online booking. That is really unequal for patient who don't have online access.
