My keyworker is always on hand if I need her and is kind and helpful

My script is always at the chemist on time

Thanks for your feedback it is really useful. It is great to hear the groups have been useful and your key work sessions with your key worker have been helpful.

It is also good to hear that our change to postal prescribing is working for you and your prescription is getting there with no issues.
