I attended the outpatients breast clinic on 13th Jan at Forth Valley Royal. What could have been an unpleasant experience was made much less stressful by the caring and friendly staff and very well organised clinic.
A lovely warm welcome from the lady at out patients reception set the tone for the morning followed by friendly staff who introduced themselves and their role and explained what they were doing.
All procedures took place in the one place on the same day, much appreciated by a busy working mum. Thank you to all for making a potentially stressful experience as positive as possible.
