Day Surgery. Felt fully supported!

Many thanks to Mr Little and his caring team in the Bruce unit Ayr Hospital! 
My husband has fairly complex needs which were address sensitively and in a very caring, supportive manner. As an IJB carer rep for one of our Ayrshire Health and Social care partnerships, I was so impress with this latest carer journey too- well done! All prior arrangements, suggestions and additional considerations were in place meaning we both felt so supported throughout our stay.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. I am so pleased you both had a positive journey through Day Surgery and felt supported. The staff in the department really appreciate you taking the time in sending your thanks and comments about the care they provided. Knowing that they have made a difference to what can be a stressful and difficult experience when undergoing any health care procedure boosts the staff morale and confirms their pride in their care delivery.
