"Made to feel at ease"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

A attended the city a few months ago for a check on my prostate gland. The nurses all made you feel at ease prior to seeing Mr Khan. This man is such a gentleman and to say he makes you feel at ease is a understatement. I have since had a MRI and this will be followed by a TP biopsy. Even the warmth of the words in the letter I received this morning make you feel at ease. Thanks for everything.
