I rang them this morning because I have lots of blood in my stool and was told by 111 tha its not piles so have been really worried they tell me they can fit me in next Thursday this is unacceptable she also said try on Monday so I have to wait till then I went up the hospital last night and the waiting times were 8 hours so I left stay away from this doctors if you want proper care I've had nothing but problems for years only stay because it's walking distance

Dear Chris,

We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty getting an appointment, we advise meeting with us to discuss all the services available for our patients.

The practice has several appointment types; routine appointments that can be booked upto 4 weeks in advance and Book on the Day appointments bookable at 8am and 2pm, these are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Bookings for these appointments are available through our online services and the myGP smartphone app (www.mygp.com) which are available 24 hours a day. For emergencies we have an emergency clinician available; this is a telephone consultation where they may ask you to come to the surgery and for support/advice when the surgery is closed we have the Out of Hours service (NHS111). There are also evening and weekend appointments at 2 Sutton hubs; for an appointment with a GP or nurse on the weekend please call the hub on 07578 813 838 between 8am and 8pm on the weekends.

The relationship between a patient and their GP surgery is a personal one and it should be a positive one. We would advise you to come and see us if there are any concerns as we are here to help. It is the patient’s choice as to which GP surgery they are registered with and we will try to ensure that our relationship is positive, but if you feel differently you are able to register at any other practice.
