On 14th January 2020 I repeatedly rang the surgery but got no answer.
As a 63 year old man with serious issues I needed an urgent appointment.
As I could get no answer on the phone- I saw the surgeries website invited patients to make an appointment via this medium.
So I sent a message explaining I could not get through on the phone - so could they make me an appointment urgently for a serious chest infection and extremely high blood pressure and that I was 63 years of age.
I.got a response to my website message Immediately.
It was quite arrogant and commanded me not to use the website medium to book appointments and I must ring up.
I tried the phone without success a few more times .
So I then messaged back to explain I could get no answer on the phone and that I needed an urgent appointment as an elderly patient wIth serious problems.
I got no reply.
I then had no alternative but to ring another surgery and explain my predicament.
They understood, registered me with their surgery immediately and msde me an appointment.
I will let the reader of these Facts draw their own conclusions as to.the degree of seriousness of this matter.
