"Responsive Care"

My mum was discharged home from hospital two days ago. I was concerned that she had developed a chest infection, I called the GP surgery at 2. 40pm, a doctor called me back at 3pm and subsequently visited at 4pm! How’s that for responsive service, amazing! The care all my family and extended family have received from Hadleigh Lodge has been equally as responsive. The receptionists are lovely, nothings too much trouble and they are always helpful. Well done, you are getting it right!
