On my initial pre op assessment, I was warmly greeted by a very nice gentleman & felt at ease. I was offered a drink straight away & informed I would be seen shortly.
All the team were very caring & friendly.
On the day of my surgery, I was greeted again with a lovely lady & again offered a drink, All 'The Team' were lovely & very friendly & made me at ease. The care & attention given was first class and I would definitely recommend Spamaedica to anyone considering having cataract surgery. Although Spamedica is a private clinic: the staff are warm, friendly whilst 'normal & informal' which for me was a lovely experience as when you are nervous you do not want staff to be 'stuffy'.
Andre, my surgeon, was so nice as were all the team, and he explained everything in full.I was invited to ask any questions I felt necessary so was fully informed at every stage; even though I was given a full post op instruction booklet. I cannot thank the team enough for looking after me so well.
