"Very busy and very helpful practice"

This is my registered practice so I visit time to time. Always polite and professional service at the reception but I’m most impressed with the doctors. On my last visit a week ago I was in very sorry state. I felt very poorly for last 11 days with flu like symptoms but no improvement in sight. The doctor was really attentive and with pace and urgency ordered a lab swab for flu, prescribed antibiotics for my array of various infections and offered a kind, friendly word.

Later that evening she rang me with news that I had influenza type A and explained that she left additional prescription for my family to collect. I’m so grateful for her excellent decision making and skills. She really got it right, so I started feeling a little better in couple of days. It still took me some time to recover, but I’m writing this review as soon as I can with gratitude and admiration. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
