"No emphaty"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I went to the appointment at the oral surgery after I year I was waiting. I was welcomed by a consultant who was extremely rude not only with me but with the lovely nurse too, whilst I was being visited. She explained the risks of the next steps with no emphaty whatsoever. I have been in pain for 3 days, half of my face is in pain. She gave me antibiotics and let me go. I felt awful and treated like I wasn't even human. No emotions at all. I hope the dentists who will treat me will be much better.
