About: Russells Hall Hospital / Maternity

(as the patient),

I wanted to say a massive Thankyou to Russells Hall Maternity for the safe delivery of my baby girl. Born in September 2019.

From start to finish I was looked after with exceptional care. 

I would like to personally thank my midwife Julie for her amazing care with my delivery. Also Sophie the support worker who helped in the delivery and cared for me and my baby whilst Julie was writing in my notes. Nothing was too much trouble. Julie and Sophie were very supportive at all times, very informative and Sophie always made sure my husband knew what was happening at all times which I thought was lovely. 

Thankyou to the ward staff, special thanks to Melissa and Emily for their exceptional care on the ward and support worker Heather. 

Overall my experience was very satisfying, the rooms were very clean also which I know is very important.
