About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

Was lucky enough to fast track A&E on 23rd December and go into pre surgery assessment where they couldn't have been nicer. Blood tests and CT scans and off I went to the Channel Day surgery ward for emergency appendix removal at midnight, back in ward at 2am and home by lunchtime Christmas Eve!

Nurses were so friendly and caring and doctor who carried out surgery popped round just before I left to see how I was! Seriously top level care from him, anaesthetist and all the nurses and support staff!

Saved my Christmas..... love these guys!
