"Extremely frustrating "

I needed access to my medical problems and it’s been over 3 weeks me chasing up the surgery. I needed to submit my info. I personally went in to the surgery and was told that someone will contact me. I then called myself and had to hold for 25 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. All I needed was couple of pages of my own personal information and was denied. I explained I desperately needed the info today. The lady kept saying come back Monday. I told her by Monday it was too late. She was extremely rude and put the phone down on me.

I was left extremely frustrated and helpless and angry!!!
