"The whole team were really positive, smiling and made me at ease"

I went in for a Septoplasty. From the minute I was taken down to theatre I was really nervous. Spoke to the surgeon and the nurse came out and into theatre I went. The whole team in there were really positive, smiling and made me at ease. As quick as I was asleep, I was awake in recovery where again, greeted with positive people and into after care where my nurse was brilliant. The whole experience was brilliant (for an operation that is). I feel there is alot of bad press about Lincoln hospital but from my experience... Great service. Thank-you.
