About: Severn Fields Medical Practice

When I last visited the practice with my daughter who has learning difficulties I was told to call and get an appointment with the next flare up however I was told that the duty doctor has said that I would need to go to A&E if I wanted to be seen that day. When I asked for the doctors name and gphc number the receptionist hadn’t got a clue. I think this is an absolute joke and poor example for the NHS team.
