My family and I have been patients of Three Villages since the 1970s when it was based at Audnam Lodge and in general I have always found it to be a good practice.
I understand the frustration of not being able to get an appointment easily sometimes but I also understand there are only so many available each day and find Patient Access is good for any cancellations and normally where I manage to book.
The extended hours service is fabulous and I find the Doctors and Reception team very helpful.
Thankyou Three Villages,you all do a great job and probably don't get enough people telling you this.
