Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience, as we value all comments to help us improve our service.

Our staff try very hard to provide a great experience and so apologise that you were disappointed and we did not achieve this for you and your husband on this occasion. This will be sent to the teams for raising at their next team meeting.

As your comments were anonymous, to investigate this further, can I ask that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), 0161 206 2003 or email pals@srft.nhs.uk quoting that you have been advised to do so via NHS Website and they will get in touch to address your concerns.

Kind regards

The Patient Experience Team.
