My favourite group is "Womens Group" run at Aylesbury. I get a lot out of this group and struggle massively whenever it is cancelled.

My second favourite group is "Opiate Group" run at Aylesbury. This group is helping my self esteem and confidence. I find the group leader very empathic and always has time for me.

I find my keyworker is very supportive and helpful. Supports me well which can be difficult sometimes. I appreciate the help as I don't have much help in life.

Thanks so much for sparing time to share you experience of using our service. It is great to hear that you are finding accessing the groups useful, especially around your self esteem and confidence. It is always lovely for us to hear that our staff have shown care and compassion which from your feedback it sounds like they have. I can only apologies for cancellations but at times we have do this due to staffing but this is the very last resort.

It sounds like you can struggle at times, maybe have a chat with your key worker about other services that maybe able to support you around this too.

Keep accessing all you find useful and can I take this opportunity to wish you all the very best moving forward on your journey.
