I tried to ring yesterday 3x 20 min phone calls unable to get through tried again in afternoon several times eventualy got through my call was in response from docter after a blood test to make an appointment I explained to the receptionist why I needed to see docter she told me nearest appointment is 3 weeks time when I questioned why so long she told me it is only blood test results therefore not urgent how can a receptionist determine blood test results I found her manner towards me very offensive I have been with this practice over 30 years and never had to complain but on this occasion her attitude towards me was unacceptable I would suggest a training course in customer service is needed you make it very clear about zero tolerance from patients to staff it should work both ways in the past I have always had 1st class service from you and I hope it continues
