"MRI scan"

I went for an MRI scan at Solihull Hospital. My scan was undertaken within the mobile scanner unit. When I arrived in the unit I found all of the staff to be incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease. When I went into the scanner I felt very panicked and the operator immediately gave me some time to feel calm. He was so helpful and kind, I cant praise the care I received enough. He helped me with my breathing and broke the process down into manageable chunks for me.   He was so understanding. As was the nurse who escorted me to and from the MRI department. Thank you so much.
