"Horizon & my keyworker"

I am quite an introvert and not very good at talking but going to these meetings have helped me to meet my demons. Also I am able to share my experiences on how I have managed to give all the booze up in my own words i.e. no fancy words, just layman's terms. Also it is really relaxed and down to earth and you realise you are all in the same boat, you are not the only one who is suffering. The staff are brilliant, understanding and very tolerant and astute. All in all the whole set up is top notch and look forward to my next meeting.
