medication repeat prescription are absolutely awful. You never get the mediation owed. You give 48hrs noticed period yet if on a Friday you hand in for the following week to cover the 48hrs...You won’t receive your prescription. Then end up going even longer without the medication you should have. Apparently my 12.5days supply now I can only have every 14days so am left in pain. I’ve never known a more ridiculous inhuman process.
Most the reception staff are lovely and can be very helpful, however with some, when asking after medication you can be made to feel like a drug addict and get a bad mouth attitude at you.
All nurses I’ve been to see are absolutely wonderful along with certain doctors.
However again with doctors it can be hit and miss depending if you are lucky or not to get into see a regular doctor.
