(as a service user),

Inclusion, has been instrumental over the past 4 months since I detoxed from methadone. I have been allocated a new key worker who was a previous service user whom I relate well to. He has been of great help and inspiration being an ex-user. I am now attending groups 6 days a week all volunteers and staff have shown great support along with other service users that regularly attend.

I have been a service user at this premises off and mainly on half my life. Although I have mainly good experience and help offered, I have seen a real difference in the services over the last year. 

The help and support I receive has been key to my continued recovery.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Good or bad, we really value feedback on care opinion or in our suggestion box in reception as it helps us to shape the service for those who use. it.

We are so pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience with us on the Isle of Wight. We have been actively working to expand our group program and respond to the needs of the service user here, with our Service User focus groups on Fridays at the Inclusion hub in Newport at 102 Carisbrooke Road.

We would very much welcome you to attend these forums so you have the opportunity to share what has worked for you so far in your recovery and give us the opportunity to build on these experiences for the benefit of other IOW service users.

In terms of your Recovery Worker we are delighted to here that you have developed a good rapport and that you feel this has helped you on your way. We are very conscious and considerate of team balance, experience, life experiences and morale and it sounds as if this has come across in your treatment.
