"no communication"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Dermatology

i had an out patients appointment at dermatology in august 2019,as of yet no follow up appointment. i have contacted the department several times to be told someone will get back to you (still waiting) I have since left voice mails (again no contact). if the hospital truly cared about there patients surely communication is the key, leaving people who have none urgent but still worry about the condition they have for 5 months plus, is a very poor show. where this hospital is failing is for all to see ,but you don't appear to take any notice or actually care about people how sit on waiting lists for months in the dark. some conditions like mine have worsened but I am stuck and no where to go, I now don't go out when I don't have too because of my condition .I do not want special treatment I would just like to hear of somebody and get my life back on track.
