Just arrogant I got stuck in traffic I rang n told them I wud literally be 5 mins late gets there all ok I was 5 mins late sed the time on the booking in screen to then sit there for 40 mins to then be told I would just have to wait for yet another 30 mins bit ridiculous when it’s 5 mins late of my 10 mins allocated time and I had the courtesy to actually ring n explain I can’t predict the traffic each day (I wish ) but was when spoke to reception she sed they couldn’t see me but then they could after yet another wait granted I was late but what about when your early and yet still don’t get in on time which is every time I am here .... I am Ill I didn’t want to be sat there I was going with a previous complaint of depression as over Christmas felt like throwing myself under a bus last time I was in I was told if I felt the need to go back on the tablets book in this is what I have done yet this is what you have to put up with when your full of a virus can’t be bothered but I dragged myself up there so for 5 mins of being late of my allocated time slot what a waste of time seems no patient care there anymore only the care of themselves it would seem ...the ONLY person who I find actually cares is leaving next Tuesday anyway so I have now self diagnosed myself before I do sling a noose round my neck an put myself on some old anti depressants.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I have spoken to you and this matter has been investigated and an explanation into what had occurred has been shared with you. I have apologised for any distress caused and I have also spoken to the clinician involved who has also asked me to pass on their apologies. Hopefully this matter has now been resolved.
